Here is the second instalment of photos from my latest visit to the Foire de Chatou.

Whenever I find myself on the banks of the Seine, there are always riverboats in sight and I wonder what it would be like to live in one with the gentle rocking of the currents…

Comforting or nauseating?

There were lots of usual and unusual objects to be seen, some quintessentially American, others quintessentially French…

I was very tempted by these hands, but one can have too many props…

Some mirror photos, a favourite photographer’s trick…

This stand was a vintage cloth collector’s paradise…

Catherine Jacquet from Paris had another great cloth and accessories stand…

Who wouldn’t love to take these two handsome chaps home, although you would need to have a park in which to put them.

I am busy preparing my first exhibition/fair this week, which will take place on 11th and 12th November at the Femmepreneurs France Salon.

I will be advertising my services as a photographer, but also exhibiting and selling my own images.

I will share the experience with you next week…
